Overview

At Vesara Silks, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. We are committed to providing authentic products and a transparent shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

• The video must clearly show the package being opened
• The product condition should be visible

Return or refund requests will be processed only if supported by a valid unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
• Sale or discounted products
• Customized or altered products (including fall & pico, tassels, stitching)
• Products that have been used, washed, or handled beyond inspection

As most sarees are handwoven, slight variations in weave or texture are natural and not considered defects.

Return Process

To request a return, customers must provide:

All returns are subject to approval. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once the return request is approved and the product is received:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 working days

Replacements

Replacements may be provided based on product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect product:

• Vesara Silks will bear or reimburse the return shipping cost

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
